Meet the man who made the Goodyear blimp a sports icon

On Thursday, February 13, at 3:30 PM, Mickey Wittman will make a presentation at The University of Akron.

On December 18, 2013, Wittman was inducted into the Sports Broadcasting Hall of Fame for his groundbreaking work to make the “blimp shot” the gold standard of major sports broadcasts.

Seating will be limited and reservations (through The University of Akron) are recommended.
