Author of New Shenandoah Book to Participate in Buckeye Book Fair in Wooster, Ohio

Author of “The Wreck of the Naval Airship USS Shenandoah” to participate Buckeye Book Fair in Wooster, Ohio.

On Saturday, November 4 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Jerry Copas, author of ‘The Wreck of the Naval Airship USS Shenandoah’, will be attending the Buckeye Book Fair in Wooster, Ohio, at the Fisher Auditorium on Madison Ave. on the OSU campus (admission $2.00).

Jerry Copas is an airship enthusiast and balloon pilot from Sellersburg, Indiana. He is historian of the Balloon Society of Kentucky and a member of the Balloon Federation of America, Navy Lakehurst Historical Society, The Lighter Than Air Society, and the Naval Airship Association. The foreword is written by Julia H. Hunt, granddaughter of Lt. Comdr. Zachary Landsdowne, captain of USS Shenandoah.

The event will be a ‘meet and greet’ with about 100 authors and illustrators. You will have the opportunity of meeting Jerry, talking with him about his book (and other buoyant flight subjects), as well as having him autograph your copy of his book.
